- This first place is in South Scottsdale in the Indian Terrace condominium
- it’s a 2 bed, 2 bath condo with 1,010 sqft, built in 1981 and listed at $393,000.
- inside its pretty light and bright and it has a really nice outdoor covered patio area.
- its also right in the heart of hold town, this condo is just a walk away from fashion square and some of the best shopping and dining in scottsdale
- the complex includes has the full outdoor set up and the hoa is $265 paid monthly.

Central Scottsdale Condo

- This next place is at the Sienna condominiums right between the McCormick Ranch golf club and the Scottsdale Silverado golf club
- This is a 1 bed, 1 bath condo with 731 sqft, built in 1994 and it’s listed for $325,000.
- One thing you’ll notice with the condos here in Scottsdale, a majority are older units that have been updated. About half all of condos that have sold this year are 30 years old or older.
- Only about 3% of condos that have sold this year are less than 1 year old.
- The condo is a first floor unit and includes a few updates and upgrades.
- The complex also includes a pool, spa and gym.
- The HOA fee is $240 paid monthly
- It’s in a good central location with easy access to Scottsdale Rd and it’s close to the 101 freeway.

North Scottsdale Condo

- This last property we’re checking out is up in North Scottsdale at the Alison Condominiums
- It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath condo with 1,034 sqft, built in 1988 and listed for $393,000. It’s been updated nicely inside and it’s got vaulted ceilings that really make the space feel bigger.
- The complex has a really nice outdoor area with a pool and outdoor cooking set up.
- The HOA here in the Allison condominiums is $258 paid monthly
- One thing you’ll always want to double check are the HOA fees, how many sets of fees they have and how often they’re paid. Some will be monthly, semi-annually or annually and there really is a wide range when it comes to these HOA fees. Specifically with condos you’ll see some as high as over $3,000 per month and others under $200 per month. Of all the currently available condos in the 300k price the typical monthly hoa fees fall between $200-$300.
